Since the start of the award there were 30 winners. Each of them convinced the jury with its technical maturity, high comfort for drivers as well as for passengers, safety and a high potential for the future. The first winner and “Coach of the Year 1990” was the Neoplan Metroliner. The first “Bus of the Year” in 1991 came from Renault.
